Yoga in Stillness
is an invitation to move toward doing less, sensing more,
and releasing deep held tension as you discover the Power
of Embodied Awareness. Embodied Awareness
is the experience of being whole, to me this means an integration
of the mind, body and spirit and includes presence (which
is the connection of our Being and the world in the present
moment) and integrity (being truthfully authentic and self-responsible.)
The vehicle to achieve
this is the body through which the entire human being and
one’s relationship to life can be explored with curiosity
and kindness. Being Fully Aware, Fully Alive and Fully Human
living this life each one of us has been given to live. The
focus will be on gentle and effortless movement designed to
touch all levels of the human being: physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual. It is a meditation in motion, bringing
you to a place of greater peace, stillness, balance and control
in your life. Allowing you to work and live with greater ease
and grace in everyday life.
