An offering of a practice based on Mindfulness
(intentional focused awareness), continuum movement and perceptual
awareness inquiry where we will slow down and Pause from the busy-ness
of life. We will actually take a vacation from the chatter of the
mind and learn more deeply how to re-inhabit the body. We will move
from words to silence, from chaos to calm, and from conflict to
contentment, acceptance and peace. How do we do this? We will join
in common unity as we will open tissue, allowing energy to flow
more freely throughout our body, using breath, the vibration of
sound, micro-movements and attending in deep silence embracing the
river of sensations AS IS. Allowing us to become Fully Alive, Fully
