UPCOMING CALGARY WORKSHOPS:

Continuum Workshop with Rebecca Lawson:
The Chakras:  A Continuum Perspective
Our Body becomes Our Future and Our Medicine.
During these three days we will travel an ancient path and map of awakening called the Chakras and the healing modality of Continuum Movement. With this awakening, our boundaries become more mutable and adaptable, allowing more movement and space to arrive through wave motion. This facilitates a creative exploration and transformation of the person. One’s conditioned way of being in the world can be altered and the constraints of psychological and physical biases dissolved. Continuum Movement developed by Emilie Conrad over 45 years ago, is an inquiry into our fluid nature and its effects on our health and well being. It is a practice using gentle breaths, movement, sounds and subtle awareness to deepen into primordial cellular consciousness. Returning to our fluid nature, our minds quiet, perceptions widens and old patterns dissolve.orkshop, using Continuum practices, we will offer nourishment, space and support to the eyes and heart.

Continuum, an inherently healing modality, can awaken life flow and liberate habits of tension. Through perceptual attention and deep listening we will offer a tender caring to these precious organs. For more information www.continuummovement.com.
